Your booking is with TRW Travel Ltd t/a [TRW Travel Ltd] with registered number at 12748971 and registered address at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR (“we”, “us”, the “Company” or “our”).

2. Booking and Payment
a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
c. Prices are based on two people sharing a hotel room. If you are a solo traveler, a single person supplement may apply to the hotel room only. We will inform you of any applicable supplement fees at the time of booking.
d. Prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
a. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
b. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of the hotel and sporting event providers. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees at the time of cancellation.
c. Refunds will be issued according to the terms of the hotel and sporting event providers, and any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund.

4. Changes and Amendments
a. If you need to make changes or amendments to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
b. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.
c. We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or terrorism.

5. Hotel and Sporting Event Providers
a. We act as a booking agent for hotels and sporting event providers, and we are not responsible for any acts or omissions of the providers.
b. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your property while staying at a hotel or attending a sporting event.
c. You agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the hotel and sporting event providers.

6. Travel Documents and Insurance
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, before traveling.
b. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability
a. Our liability is limited to the cost of the package deal booked with us.
b. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from acts or omissions of hotels or sporting event providers, or from circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
